Emanate was founded in 2017 in Australia. Team and community members are distributed across the globe: Australia, USA, LATAM, Europe, Russia, Africa, and Malaysia. Founders of the project Jimi Frew, Sean Gardner and Trent Shaw have more than 10 years of experience in the music industry.
The platform is made by creators for creators and already caught the attention of the industry influencers: we work with Deadmau5, Chris Lake, labels Mau5trap, Yunizon, World Famous HQ, Medium Rare Records and Seven20 Group.
In February 2020, the ex Vice-President of Digital and Business Development for Sony Music Entertainment APAC, Gavin Parry joined us as an advisor. He wrote an article about how Emanate will change the music industry.
Less than in 1 year 5,000 people signed up on Emanate. 6 months later we already got 10,000 users. We project that with a mobile app and playlists in place we will get to 100,000 users in 12 months.
